Iconsoft Registration Policy
- All our software has full functionality with a trial period of
15 days from the time of the first install. All subsequent installed
versions will have a trial period of 7 days.
- In order for the software to work with full functionality
continuously, you need to purchase a license. Licenses can be purchased
through the Purchase section on our web site or through our partners.
Handango
- Following purchase, you will be sent an e-mail message
confirming the purchase. The message will contain an activation key
(activation key is the e-mail address you indicate during the purchase
process; license becomes active after it is entered into the Iconsoft
database – after the product is purchased).
- The activation needs to be entered into the program installed
on the mobile device, in the Registration section. Once this is done
the program will work with full functionality continuously.
Iconsoft Upgrade Policy
Iconsoft provides its customers with a possibility to upgrade the
program absolutely free for a year starting from the time of
purchase.
How do you upgrade the program during the year? (Absolutely
free.)
- Download the latest trial version and install it over the old
version.
- If necessary, register the new version using the instructions
you received during purchase.
Refund Policy
The product does not suit me, how can I get a refund?
We provide refunds for the purchased product within 30 days after the
time of purchase. No questions are asked and the amount is refunded in
full.
Iconsoft may update its privacy policy from time to time. When we
change the policy in a material way a notice will be posted on our
website along with the updated privacy policy.
